Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Muvri: our websites, our mobile applications, and the services offered through them (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains what we collect and why.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@muvri.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
You may close your account at any time. See Delete your account for how, and for what deletion removes.
Your content
The activities, routes, photos, notes and other material you upload remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
You grant us the permission we need to operate the Services with them: to store your content, process it to produce the metrics and maps you asked for, and display it to the people your privacy settings allow. That permission exists only to run the Services and ends when you delete the content or your account, except where someone else already relies on it — a segment you created that others have since recorded efforts against.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not uploading anything unlawful, or anything that infringes somebody else's rights.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Upload activities you did not perform, or alter data to misrepresent a performance on a leaderboard
- Access another person's account, or data they have not shared with you
- Scrape, bulk-download or resell data from the Services
- Interfere with the Services' operation, or attempt to circumvent their security
- Use the Services to harass anyone, or to post unlawful or abusive content
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores and governed by their terms, including their rules on renewal, cancellation and refunds — you manage and cancel those subscriptions in the store, not here.
Unless the applicable store's rules or the law require otherwise, payments are not refundable for a period already begun. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Connected services
You may connect accounts such as Garmin, Strava or Zwift. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control them. What we import is limited to the permissions you granted, and you can disconnect at any time.
What Muvri is not
Muvri is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The metrics, training load, recovery and readiness figures, AI commentary and recommendations in the Services are estimates derived from the data available, produced for general fitness purposes. They are not a diagnosis and must not be relied upon as one. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and about any symptom or condition.
Measurements taken from phones, watches and sensors are approximate. GPS traces, distance, pace, elevation, heart rate and calorie figures all carry error, and the Services may be unavailable or interrupted. Do not rely on them where accuracy or availability matters to your safety.
Exercise carries risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for exercising within your capabilities, and for paying attention to your surroundings rather than to your phone.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features, and we may discontinue the Services; if we discontinue them we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email, and the date above will change. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
